Swedish Massage  $95.oo/Hr      $120.oo / 90 minute

One of the most commonly taught and well-known massage techniques, Swedish massage is a gentle and non-invasive treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation. Five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body. The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.

Deep Tissue Massage    $95.oo/Hr     $120 / 90 minute

One of our specialties, Deep Tissue Massage is administered to the sub-layer of musculature, involving deeper pressure and breathing techniques. These techniques require advanced training and a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. The muscles must be relaxed in order to effectively perform deep-tissue massage, otherwise tight surface muscles prevent the practitioner from reaching deeper musculature. Deep tissue massage is fantastic for chronic pain and injury rehabilitation. It is generally integrated with other massage techniques.

Aromatherapy    $95.oo/Hr        $120 / 90 minute

Incorporating the use of pure essential oils into your individualized massage. Aromatherapy is the use of fragrant substances  to  treat emotional disorders such as stress and anxiety as well as a wide range of other ailments including but not limited to sports injuries, respiratory disorders and skin ailments.

Hot Stones        $95.00/Hr        $120/90 minute

Hot smooth stones are incorporated into a traditional massage. Heated stones can help to increase circulation and aid in quicker and deeper muscle relaxation. This massage is incredibly relaxing!

Prenatal        $95/Hr

Another one of my favorites! Prenatal massage is proven to be incredibly beneficial during pregnancy. Not only will it help to relax the continuously changing body of the mother but it will help to keep blood pressure and stress down throughout this precious time.  Prenatal massage is done on a side lying position as to keep utmost safety to mother and baby.

Pam Fitzgerald, Georgia Board of Massage Therapy

"I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your amazing knowledge and ability. I had been seeing/going to one medical doctor after another with severe chronic shoulder pain. THeir answer was to take steroids and muscle relaxers. Not to keen on the steroids and couldn't function by day on the muscle relaxers, plus it wasn't fixing anything. A good friend of mine referred me to you, which I have thanked over and over. You have given me more relief than any of the doctors or physical therapists came close to. You have also helped in other areas such as stress. I can't imagine what it would be like without you, you are my hero!"
